Corey, with an undergraduate degree in Finance (Winona State University) and a Master’s degree in Financial Planning (Oklahoma State University), Corey is an advocate for individuals and business owners in helping them navigate their goals. Also an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF ®), he puts client interest ahead of his own.
In over eight years of experience working with 401(k), 403(b), 457 and other types of various retirement plans, Corey has helped business owners thrive by designing or managing plans that allow them to focus on what they do best. Some of the goals Corey has helped these business owners with are: increase their own contributions substantially, retain top talent, increase efficiencies, reduce health insurance costs (employees retire earlier opposed to a workforce that continues to work since they can’t afford to retire), and monitor/track fiduciary responsibilities that are inherently risky.
Corey is also an active member in the Financial Planner’s Association - Minnesota Chapter , serving as a committee member on NexGen which is a group dedicated to promoting the practice of financial planning to the new generation of financial planners.
